We at LIER DUOÉS strive to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here you will find all the information about our delivery terms, shipping options and what you can expect when you place your order.
Order Handling & Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. In the event of Due to high order volume, delivery may take longer than expected. If this happens, you will be notified via email. Also during promotions and peak seasons , order processing may take longer than usual. You will be informed of any delays. Shipping companies may also experience delays due to high traffic during these times.

EU countries
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) – Free
- Express shipping (2-4 business days) – 69 SEK
Please note : Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance for international shipments, transport delays and unforeseen events. For deliveries within the EU, time frames may vary depending on destination and distance. We always work to ensure fast and efficient deliveries, but cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Shipping company
We currently only deliver within the European Union (EU). We partner with PostNord for deliveries within the EU, ensuring a reliable and efficient shipping experience. We have previously partnered with logistics partners such as Schenker, DHL and UPS for international deliveries outside the EU, but for the time being we do not deliver exclusively within the EU.
We prioritize choosing the most efficient and reliable shipping solution to ensure a fast and smooth delivery experience. At the same time, we are committed to minimizing our climate impact through responsible and sustainable logistics choices.
Shipping costs & Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden and the EU for standard deliveries. When choosing express delivery, additional fees may apply, which will be shown at checkout before payment is made.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link and confirmation . The tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the shipping company's system.
If you have not received a tracking link within 48 hours, please contact us at customer@lierduoes.com or via the contact form .
International Shipping & Customs Fees
We offer delivery to several countries worldwide! For orders within the EU there are no additional customs fees.
However, for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and import charges may apply and are payable by the customer. As we have no control over these charges, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that applicable import regulations are complied with in the relevant country.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address when ordering. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be charged a new shipping cost to enable us to resend the package.
If you realize you have entered the wrong address after completing your purchase, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we can try to update the address.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected from the agent within the carrier's specified deadline, it will be automatically returned to us. For uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 49 will be charged to cover return handling and administrative costs.
If you have regretted your purchase, we recommend that you pick up the package and follow our return process to avoid unnecessary costs.
Delivery Attempts & Signature Requirement
For home delivery, the shipping company may sometimes require a signature , especially for larger or more expensive orders. If you are not at home when the delivery attempt is made, the package will be delivered to a nearby agent or a new delivery attempt will be made shortly.
Split Deliveries (Partial Deliveries)
If your order contains multiple products, it may be shipped in multiple packages at different times depending on stock availability. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Delivery insurance
We offer the option to purchase additional insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft or damage during shipping. If something happens, the insurance will cover the cost of a new item or a full refund.
Express delivery guarantee
If you have selected express shipping , and your order does not arrive within the specified time, you may be eligible for a shipping refund . Contact us at customer@lierduoes.com or via the contact form. to investigate this possibility.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Packages
We always do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, but sometimes unavoidable delays may occur. If your order is delayed by more than 5-7 business days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate the matter further.
If your order is delivered damaged, please send clear pictures of both the package and the product to customer@lierduoes.com . Also include your order number and name so that we can quickly handle the matter and offer a smooth solution.
Refund in case of Delivery Problems
If your package cannot be tracked or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us immediately. Please provide your name, order number, and tracking number , and we will investigate the matter and find a solution – either by sending a new product or issuing a refund.
If your order is returned to us due to an undelivered package, incorrect address or failed delivery, please contact our customer service. as soon as possible. If the reason for the return is beyond your control, we will refund the full amount. Otherwise, the order value excluding shipping costs will be refunded.
Force Majeure – Unexpected Delays
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, floods)
- Strikes or labor disputes at transport companies
- Pandemics and other global emergencies
If such a situation arises, we will inform you as soon as we have more information.
