Return Policy

At LIER DUOÉS we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a smooth returns process. Below you will find all the information on how to return an item, our terms and conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds.

Return an item

Option 1: Log in to your customer account

To log in, click the customer account icon in the main menu or here . Enter your email address and verify your identity with the code sent to your inbox.

( Note: Also check your spam folder if you can't find the code.)

How to request a return:

  1. Select the order and the items you want to return.
  2. Please provide a reason for return and possibly a comment.
  3. Submit your return request.

If your return is approved, you will automatically receive an email with instructions and a return shipping label, if it was not already included in the original shipment.

Once we have received the item, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days to register a return from the date you receive your order.

For a return to be approved, it must:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received – unused, unwashed and with all labels still attached.
  • Original packaging and any accessories included.
  • You can show a receipt or proof of purchase if requested.

If the return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions. We do not accept returns sent back without an approved return request.

Unapproved returns

  • If an item is returned in a used or damaged condition without it being a complaint, we have the right to refuse the return.
  • If a return does not meet our terms and conditions and the customer does not respond to our communication within 14 days, we reserve the right to discard the item.

Damage & problems

We recommend that you check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will assist you. Email us at customer@lierduoes.com and attach pictures of the damage or error.

Products without right of return

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Caps with visible signs of use (must be in original condition, unused and unwashed and with tags still attached).
  • Gift cards – these are non-refundable.
  • Sale items – do not apply to defects or incorrect deliveries.
  • Products purchased through third-party retailers – returns are only accepted for purchases directly from our webshop.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or wear and tear by the customer . We reserve the right to refuse a return if we can demonstrate that the damage is not our responsibility.

Changes

If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend that you return the item and place a new order. Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded according to our terms and conditions.

14-day cancellation period within the EU

When purchasing within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be in its original condition – unused, with original packaging and all labels still attached.

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we offer an extended right of return, which gives you the opportunity to return your item within 30 days. We always strive for you as a customer to feel secure with your purchase.

Return shipping & costs

  • For approved returns within Sweden and the EU, we are responsible for the return shipping.
  • For international returns outside the EU, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If a purchase is cancelled, the full purchase price will be refunded.

Unclaimed packages

If you do not collect your package within the carrier's deadline, it will be automatically returned to us. Uncollected packages will be charged a fee of SEK 49 to cover return handling and administrative costs.

If you have regretted your purchase, we recommend that you pick up the package and follow our return process to avoid unnecessary costs.

Lost, damaged or delayed returns

  • If your return has not been registered as received within 14 days of sending it to us, please contact us .
  • If an item is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging, we have the right to refuse a refund, as it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the item is properly packaged in its original packaging. Should this occur, we will contact you.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days . It may take a few more days for the bank to process the refund before it appears in your account.

Non-refundable fees

If a return does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or only provide a partial refund. You will be informed if this occurs.

Extended return policy on special occasions

During special promotions, such as Christmas shopping, we may offer an extended right of return. For purchases made between November 1 and December 31, the cancellation period is extended by 7 days in addition to the regular period. We will clearly inform our customers in the store when such a right of return applies.

Incorrect returns & abuse of return policy

To avoid abuse of our returns policy, we monitor returns history. If we detect repeated returns without reasonable cause, we may limit future opportunities to return items. We do not accept so-called "wardrobing returns" where an item has been used and then returned. We closely monitor such events.
