What materials do you use?
Our caps are made from high-quality materials such as premium cotton. Each cap is carefully designed and has a high level of durability to last a long time.
Are the caps adjustable?
Yes, all of our caps are designed with an adjustable fit for maximum comfort. They are equipped with a buckle or Velcro strap on the back, making it easy to adjust the cap to your individual size.
Are your caps unisex?
Yes, all of our caps are designed to fit both men and women. We focus on a discreet and timeless design that works for everyone.
How do I find the right size?
Our caps are adjustable and fit most head sizes. If the cap does not fit despite adjustment, you are of course entitled to return the item according to our return policy .
How do I care for my cap, such as washing and drying?
To extend the life of your cap, we recommend hand washing it in cold water and air drying. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying to preserve color and shape.
Are your caps environmentally friendly?

Order & Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
We offer fast delivery:
- Sweden & Nordic countries: 2-3 working days
- International (EU): 3-7 business days
(Express delivery is available to choose at checkout)
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is offered for the selected destination. We currently only ship within the EU.
Are there customs fees for international orders?
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or other import charges may apply. These charges are paid by the recipient and vary depending on the country. We recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information, as we are not responsible for charges outside the EU.
Can I track my order?
Of course! Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. By using this link, you can easily track your order via the shipping company's website or app, and stay updated on the delivery status.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment secure?
Absolutely, your payment is completely secure. We use the latest security measures to protect both your personal data and payment information. All our payment methods are carefully selected and comply with the highest standards of secure e-commerce. Our top priority is that you, as a customer, feel safe throughout the entire purchase process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can make changes as long as your order has not been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it, but you can make a return once the item has been received. You can do this by visiting our Returns page and following the instructions.
How do I know that my order has been processed?
After your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden and the EU. For orders outside the EU, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout, please note that the cost may vary depending on the chosen destination. You as a customer can also choose express delivery for an additional fee.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can choose gift wrapping at checkout by writing it as a comment. Perfect if you want to give a cap as a gift.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my cap if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy (from receipt of item). The cap must be in new condition, unused and with all tags still attached. For more information, please read our Returns Policy page .
Can I exchange my cap for a different model?
Of course you can, if the size or model does not fit you can of course exchange it within 30 days by returning the item in accordance with our return policy . Contact us for more help if you have any questions or concerns.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Log in as a customer to return an item. Click here for more info. You can also contact us via customer@lierduoes.com or the contact form on our contact page . To facilitate handling, please provide your order number and reason for the return when contacting us.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologize for the inconvenience! If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customer@lierduoes.com with your order number and pictures of the product and we will help you with a solution as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are normally made within 5-7 working days after we have received and inspected your return. Refunds are made via the same payment method used for purchase.
Do I need to have an account to make a return?
No, you can also return by contacting us via email at customer@lierduoes.com or through our contact form .
To make your return as smooth as possible, we recommend that you use our self-service by following the instructions on our returns page . You do not need to create an account – it will be created automatically when you receive a code sent to your email address.
